Nick did a fantastic job on his presentation and closed the school year with A+'s in EVERY SUBJECT. What a freakin' BRAINIAC. He's good and piano and weeding, too. LOVE him so much.

IRON COUNTY, UT
Remember Maddie's (she's spelling it '-ie' these days) Mideval Project? Well, here was the 4th grade variation of that. Nick had to do about 8 projects on his county in addition to being able to label all the counties (28) on a map of UT. Some of his projects were: a powerpoint presentation, design a license plate, poster and oral presentation, design a flag (with THAT many counties, not all of them have flags), design a logo, you get the picture. TOTAL PARENTAL NIGHTMARE. extra credit was available if they visited the actual county. Ours, Iron Co., (of course) was in the very corner of the state. We missed the extra credit this time.
